Ms. Ming Dengli is Director of the Science & Technology and International Cooperation Division (Climate Affairs Division) of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, mainly responsible for the formulation of technological policies and plans for environmental protection in Beijing City, and organizing scientific research on environmental protection; Ming is in charge of organizing the formulation of climate change and greenhouse gas emission reduction plans, policies and measures, and coordinate the implementation of such plans, policies and measures; conducting international cooperation and exchanges in the field of environmental protection; participating in the handling of foreign environmental protection affairs, and supervising international cooperation projects, etc.
