Mr.LIU Baoxian (Director General of Beijing Municipal Ecology and Environment Monitoring Center)
As the Director, Mr. Liu is mainly responsible for the environmental monitoring work. He presided over the implementation of more than 10 research projects such as the national environmental protection standards, the programs entrusted by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the scientific research programs entrusted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment; was engaged in writing the monograph Uncertainty Evaluation in Environmental Monitoring and Measurement; published more than 10 papers such as the Automatic Headspace - Gas Chromatography Determination of Benzene Series in Water Content. One of his papers won the first prize at the academic annual conference of urban environmental sciences in five provinces in north China, and himself won the third prize in the first national competition of environmental monitoring professionals.
