Director engineer/professor-level senior engineer of the Beijing Municipal Institute of City Planning & Design. Since the beginning of his work in this field, Tong has been engaged in urban energy planning, urban power supply planning, urban heating planning, urban gas planning, environmental sanitation planning and relevant research, and participated in the research and preparation of Beijing’s master plans and five-year plans (as of the “10th Five-Year Plan”) for urban energy, power supply, heating supply and gas supply.
