As Chief of Air Quality Division of BEE, Li Xiang is responsible for overall air pollution prevention and control work in Beijing, including formulating air pollution prevention and control plans, annual plans, as well as phased objectives of air pollution control and relevant prevention and control measures; organizing the implementation of relevant policies and measures; and establishing the air quality assurance mechanism and organizing relevant implementation activities.
