She graduated from the Biology Department of South China Normal University in 1992 and has been engaged in biology teaching in middle school for two years. After graduating from master's degree in 1997, he has been working in Guangdong Environmental Protection Bureau, successively engaged in ecological protection, marine environmental management, rural environmental management, etc. Since 2004, she has been mainly engaged in atmospheric environment management, initiated and organized the formulation of a series of laws, regulations and policy standards for atmospheric ecological environment protection in Guangdong since 2004, and drafted the Regulations of Guangdong Province on the Prevention and Control of Motor Vehicle Exhaust Pollution, Measures of Guangdong Province on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in the Pearl River Delta, Regulations of Guangdong Province on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution. She participated in the organization of air quality assurance for the 2010 Asian Games and the 2011 World University Games and the formulation and implementation of the Pearl River Delta Clean Air Action Plan, Guangdong Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan (2013-2007), Guangdong Blue Sky Defense Action Plan (2018-2020) and relevant standards and technical specifications.
