　　He has a master's degree in environmental engineering from Sichuan University and has been engaged in environmental protection for more than 20 years. Since he served as deputy director of Chengdu Ecological Environment Bureau in 2018, he has been mainly responsible for air pollution prevention and control, low-carbon city construction, environmental scientific research, etc.

　　In recent years, in accordance with the national overall deployment of "winning the blue sky defense war" and under the guidance of Chengdu's air quality compliance plan, he has led the team to continuously implement the "650" air pollution prevention and control project focusing on 6 aspects and 50 specific measures of "reducing coal combustion, pollution control and emission reduction, vehicle oil control, cleaning and dust reduction, comprehensive law enforcement and scientific and technological gas control", deepen the prevention and control of ozone in summer and particulate matter pollution in autumn and winter, strengthen tackling key problems, promote the continuous improvement of air quality in Chengdu, meet the four indicators of SO2, Co, PM10 and NO2 in 2020, basically eliminate heavy pollution days, and help draw a beautiful background of the Park City under the snow mountain with practical actions and achievements.

　　He based on the beginning of the 14th five -year plan and facing the increasingly severe adverse situation of ozone pollution, on the basis of fully summarizing the effective experience of ozone pollution prevention and control in recent years, as well as the continuous multi-component comprehensive observation of ozone and precursors in summer in Chengdu Plain relying on academician (expert) workstation, and tackling key problems in the causes and treatment technology of heavy air pollution, and promoted the Emergency Plan for Ozone Heavily Polluted Weather in Chengdu to be first issued in China on July 5, 2021, so as to effectively improve the emergency response capacity of ozone pollution.
