Ding Hui (Head of General Office, Department of Climate Change, MEE)
Ding Hui, Director of the Department of Climate Change of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, is responsible for climate investment and financing; climate change legislation; carbon dioxide capture, utilization and storage; HFC disposal verification and management; and capacity building. He has been engaged in the formulation and research of investment and financing policies for climate change for a long time; leading the development of climate bonds, climate insurance, climate funds, carbon finance, climate investment and financing city pilot projects, CCUS, CDM grant project management, etc.; and organizing the research on climate investment and capacity building.
