  Mr. WU Ye, Professor of School of Environment, Tsinghua University

  Professor and Deputy Dean of the School of Environment, Tsinghua University, and awarded as a Changjiang Scholars Chair Professor by the Ministry of Education. Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Atmospheric Compound Pollution Sources and Control for Environmental Protection, member of the Expert Committee on Air Pollution Prevention and Control in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Surrounding Areas, Vice Chairman of the Motor Vehicle/Ship Pollution Prevention Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences, member of the International Energy Agency Chinese Transportation Advanced Mobile Fuel Technology Committee (IEA-AMF), member of the Scientific Committee of the International Traffic Pollution Conference (TAP). Mr. Wu has long been engaged in the research of comprehensive traffic pollution control system based on IoT and big data, new energy vehicles and alternative fuel vehicles energy environment system analysis, led or participated in the formulation of more than ten vehicle emission and oil product standards and technical guidelines, and developed the vehicle emission models and mobile source emission comprehensive control decision-making system platforms for Beijing and other cities, and provided long-term technical support for the formulation and implementation of national and local mobile source emission standards, regulations and control measures as well as the evaluation of air quality improvement benefits. So far, Wu has published 5 academic monographs, more than 150 academic papers, obtained more than 20 software copyrights and authorized patents, and won 2 second prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award.
