Mr. Chen Tian had acted as deputy Director General and Director General of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Monitoring Center; Chief Engineer, Deputy Director and Director General of the former Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau (Beijing EPB); and Vice Secretary-General of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality.
