Director General and Secretary of Party Leadership Group of Beijing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau (BEE), Master of Medical Science and Professor of Engineering. Mr. Chen Tian had acted as deputy Director General and Director General of Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Monitoring Center; Chief Engineer, Deputy Director and Director General of the former Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau (Beijing EPB); and Vice Secretary-General of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality.
